OJSC «Volgogradneftemash» is the largest manufacturer of high-tech equipment for the gas, oil and petrochemical
industry. The products of the company are used by refineries, gas producing and gas transmission companies of OJSC
Rosneft Oil Company, OAO Gazprom, OAO LUKOIL as well as by other Russian and foreign oil and gas companies

OJSC-VOLGOGAZ/1958
Since the foundation of JSC «Volgogaz» more than 13 thousand km of gas pipelines were put into operation
and over 3 million households were gasified. The company took part in the construction of Urengoy – Pomary –
Uzhgorod, Urengoy – Center gas pipelines, and also of the crossing across the Kuybyshev water basin. Today the
company is one of the main participants of Russian Regions Gasification Program, launched by OAO Gazprom

OJSC-LENGAZSPETSSTROY/1968
OJSC «Lengazspetsstroy» has implemented the major national projects. Among them are the trunk gas pipelines such as
Central Asia – Center, Leningrad – Vyborg – state boundary, Urengoy – Pomary – Uzhgorod, Yamal – Europe, Russia –
Turkey, Yamburg – Yelets, Gryazovets – Vyborg, Bovanenkovo – Ukhta (1st string); trunk oil pipelines such as Druzhba,
Kenkiyak – Atyrau (Kazakhstan), Surgut – Novopolotsk, Mangyshlak – Kuybyshev, Kirishi – Primorsk (section of the
Baltic pipeline system), the Togliatti – Odessa ammonia pipeline, Volkhovskaya CS, Izborskaya CS, Torzhokskaya CS,
Baydaratskaya CS and other facilities

OJSC-KRASNODARGAZSTROY/1979
OJSC «Krasnodargazstroy» has built over 10 thousand km of trunk gas pipelines including Urengoy – Pomary – Uzhgorod,
Yamal – Europe, Russia – Turkey, SRTO – Torzhok, Pochinki – Gryazovets, Gryazovets – Vyborg, Ukhta – Torzhok trunk
gas pipeline system. Twenty two compressor stations were put into operation, such as the most powerful reversing
station Ivanovskaya CS. OJSC «Krasnodargazstroy» is involved in the construction of the Southern Corridor designed
for gas supply into South Stream. The company has operational experience within the territory of modern Russia and CIS
countries as well as abroad (including Algeria, India, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, Finland and Cub)

LLC-NEFTEGAZKOMPLEKTMONTAZH/2005
The company has constructed over 350 km of pipelines including sections of trunk gas pipelines such as Pochinki –
Gryazovets, Gryazovets – Vyborg, Ukhta – Torzhok, SRTO – Torzhok, Kstovo – Kirishi – Primorsk oil product pipeline.
Over 200 km of trunk gas pipelines were repaired, 2 compressor stations were built and 1 compressor station is under
construction

LLC-STROYGAZMONTAZH/2007
LLC «STROYGAZMONTAZH» is the head company in the SGM Group. General contractor for construction of
major infrastructure facilities in the Russian Federation (the Southern Corridor, Bovanenkovo – Ukhta, Sakhalin –
Khabarovsk – Vladivostok, Dzhubga – Lazarevskoye – Sochi, Pochinki – Gryazovets, Gryazovets – Vyborg, Ukhta –
Torzhok, OPF of Kirinsky GCF – Sakhalin GCS)

LLC-SCC-GAZREGION/2010
The company is specialized in construction of trunk pipelines (North-European Gas Pipeline, the Southern Corridor’s
system of gas pipelines) and onshore infrastructure facilities (the latest projects are the construction of Kubanskaya CS
and Korenovskaya CS). LLC «SCC «Gazregion» contributes a lot in implementation of OAO Gazprom’s Program on
gasification of the Russian regions
