Health care and improvement of the quality of life of every employee of SGM Group of Companies is a priority among those values. All employees of SGM Group of Companies receive a compulsory health insurance and a voluntary health insurance. Different measures to lower the morbidity rate, vaccination,preventive examinations are performed on the regular basis in SGM Group of Companies.

The team of SGM Group of Companies is constantly being renewed and rejuvenated: at the moment employees under 35 years amount to approximately two thirds of the staff. Maintaining succession of generations management of LLC “SGM” sees as one of the main tasks: “STROYGAZMONTAZH” has a developed and effective system of mentoring which ensures sharing experience and professional skills by the senior specialists with the jounior specialists, programs for attracting young specialists are in place. Since all projects of SGM Group of Companies are challenging and unique, there are created and developed centers for training and continuing professional education for employees of SGM Group of Companies. For example, Corporate University was created and successfully operates in LLC “SGM”, a licensed Training and Licensing center teaches employees on the base of JSC “Krasnodargazstroy”. Only in 2010 approximately 4 000 people took training in SGM Group of Companies.

SGM Group of Companies has special programs aimed at ensuring social benefits for its employeesand their families. “STROYGAZMONTAZH” renders financial assistance and support to the families with kids (payment for kindergarden, summer vacation at summer camps and vacation homes).

SGM Group of Companies arrange corporate holidays,team building events, sports competitions aimed at development and maintenance of corporate spirit, creation of positive in-house climate.Many Companies of SGM Group have their own corporate periodicals that should inform employees, create a unified ideology of the Group,and involve employees in the overall internal corporate life
