SGM Group of Companies is a huge working team, which has over 17 thousand people united by the common corporate culture and the same corporate values.

Health care and improvement of the quality of life of every employee of the SGM Group of Companies is a priority among those values. All employees of the SGM Group of Companies receive a compulsory health insurance and a voluntary health insurance. A variety of measures to lower the morbidity rate, vaccination, preventive examinations are performed on a regular basis in the SGM Group of Companies. The Company’s employees as well as members of their families receive health resort treatment.

The team of the SGM Group of Companies is constantly being renewed and rejuvenated: at the moment employees under 35 years amount to approximately two thirds of the staff. The LLC «SGM» management sees maintaining a succession of generations as one of the main tasks: «Stroygasmontazh» has a developed and effective system of mentoring which ensures sharing experience and professional skills by the senior specialists with the junior specialists, programs for attracting young specialists are in place. Since all the projects of the SGM Group of Companies are challenging and unique, centers for training and continuing professional education for the employees of the SGM Group of Companies are created and developed. For example, a Corporate University was created and successfully operates in LLC «SGM», a licensed Training and Licensing center teaches employees on the base of OJSC «Krasnodargazstroy». Only in 2010 approximately 4 000 people took training in the SGM Group of Companies.

The SGM Group of Companies has special programs aimed at ensuring social benefits for its employees and their families. «Stroygasmontazh» renders financial assistance and support to the families with kids (payment for kindergarten, summer vacation at summer camps and vacation homes).

The SGM Group of Companies arranges corporate holidays, team building events, sports competitions aimed at developing and maintaining of corporate spirit, creating a positive in-house climate. Many Companies of the SGM Group have their own corporate periodicals designed to inform the employees, create a unified ideology of the Group, and involve the employees in the collective internal corporate life.

Care for the veterans of World War II and Labor holds a prominent place in the social policy of «Stroygasmontazh».
