The building inspection of performance quality in the SGM Croup of Сompanies is conducted by the Quality Control Service (QCS), which is a part of LLC «SGM». This control includes the following stages: incoming inspection, operational control, acceptance control as well as the surveillance over the work of quality control services of subcontractors. Specialists of QCS developed and implemented «Regulations on assessment of the performance quality of subcontractors», according to which the subcontractors’ performance quality is monthly assessed on the sites.
An integral part of the building inspection is the geodesic control. The department of geodesic support for construction projects belongs to the QCS. LLC «SGM» obtained a license for the performance of geodesic works and developed the «Rules of quality control performance and acceptance of geodesic works».
The modern control equipment and measuring instruments allow to fulfill all the requirements of the client and to provide a high control objectiveness. «Stroygasmontazh» applies widely the automated ultrasonic quality control of joint welds in the field, radiation flaw detection and others.
