The gas pipeline was designed for connection
of the shore processing complex of the Kirinskoye gas and condensate field
with the main compressor station, called Sakhalin
The pipeline was laid down in the region of high seismic activity.Its route covered three active zones of tectonic fraction, including the region of the Nabil River and the Tym River.
13 water crossings were built by means of horizontal directional drilling and underwater technical operations. One above-ground crossing was also built
Technically complicated crossing across the Tym River was executed by horizontal directional drilling method. Specially designed guide rings were applied to pull the operating pipeline segment into a protective shield
he works on construction of above-ground crossing over the Nabil River were executed on the slopes with the height difference up to 32 m. For this purpose a communication bridge with a 64-m bridge span was constructed
