Alexey Miller: "Works on Chayanda and "Power of Siberia" achieved of high speed"

Today in Tomsk the Chairman of the board of JSC Gazprom Alexey Miller held meeting on the course of implementation of the investment projects of the company connected with supply of gas to China along "east" route.

The vice chairman of the board Vitaly Markelov, heads of operating units of "Gazprom" and subsidiaries took part in meeting.

It was noted that works on formation of the Yakut center of gas production, creation of gas transmission and refinery capacities are conducted according to the planned schedule.

So, within development of the Chayandinsky field all necessary materials and the equipment to start construction of surface facilities of an oil rim are bought. There is a preparation for the beginning of drilling of wells, including— delivery of drilling rigs. Construction of the river cargo mooring in the item Peliedui, the intra-field road and access highways to well pads is conducted. Design of objects of arrangement of gas deposits of the Chayandinsky field comes to the end.

Construction of the Force of Siberia main gas pipeline proceeds. Including, clearing of the pipeline route is carried out, there is a dumping of platforms for base linearly - production management and a rotational housing estate in Lensk.

In cooperation with the Chinese National Oil and gas Corporation work on a cross-border site of "Power of Siberia" is organized. The location of underwater transition through Amur River and technical requirements to engineering researches for its detailed design is so far coordinated.

Works on creation of the Amur gas-processing plant are continued.

Taking into account a strategic importance and rigid terms of implementation of projects participants of meeting paid special attention to the organization of delivery of material resources. In2014 through the uniform logistic center in Ust Kut for the Chayandinsky field and the Power of Siberia gas pipeline 135,8 thousand tons of freights, including122,5 thousand tons of pipes of big diameter were delivered. In the current year this indicator will increase several times— is planned to deliver about 500 thousand tons of various freights.

Following the results of meeting the instructions directed on further implementation of projects on formation of the Yakut center of gas production, creation of gas transmission and refinery capacities were given.

On May 21, 2014"Gazprom" and the Chinese National Oil and gas Corporation signed the contract for delivery of the Russian pipeline gas to China. The contract is signed for a period of30years and assumes delivery of 38billion cubic meters of gas a year.

On May 23, 2014the order on the beginning of practical implementation of investment projects of "Gazprom" for supply of gas to China is signed and the comprehensive plan of actions is approved.

For creation of the Yakut center of gas production Chayandinskoye oil and gas field is basic. By the size of stocks (categories C1+C2) it belongs to category of the unique: about 1,45 trillion CBM of gas and about 93million tons of liquid hydrocarbons (taken). At full development on a field about 25billion cubic meters of gas and not less than 1,5million tons of oil a year will be got.

"Force of Siberia"— the main gas pipeline for transportation of natural gas of the Yakut and Irkutsk centers of gas production to the Far East Russia and to China. The gas pipeline will pass across the territory of three territorial subjects of the Russian Federation: The Irkutsk region, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Amur region, and in the long term will connect to GTS "Sakhalin— Khabarovsk— Vladivostok".

For allocation from gas of valuable components (in particular, helium and ethane) in the Amur region "Gazprom" will construct the Amur gas-processing plant.

The beginning of gas production on the Chayandinsky field is planned for the end of 2018. By this time commissioning of a prime site of the Force of Siberia main gas pipeline from the Chayandinsky field to Blagoveshchensk (2200km) and prime gas-processing capacities will take place.
