Construction of Surface Facilities

«Stroygazmontazh» is the largest company in Russia that performs construction of above ground facilities of oil and gas infrastructure, at the moment it realizes almost one half of all the construction projects related to compressor stations for the gas pipelines of the country and is building Nevskoye underground gas storage.

The construction of seven compressor stations is envisaged as part of the first and second phases of commissioning to ensure transportation of gas through the Gryazovets — Vyborg gas pipeline. LLC «SGM» is the general contractor in the construction of six of them: Gryazovetskaya, Volkhovskaya, Sheksninskaya, Babaevskaya, Pikalevskaya and Elizavetinskaya compressor stations. The compressor stations are equipped with modern high performance gas compressor units with a unit capacity of 16 and 25 MW. Putting in operation is all these stations is scheduled for this year, together with CS Nyuksenitskaya of the Northern parts of the Tyumen region — Torzhok gas pipeline.
LLC «SGM» also became the general contractor in the project of «Reconstruction of pilot-production compressor station at CS Gryazovetskaya, where the first Russian gas compressor unit GCU-32 Ladoga with a capacity of 32 MW was installed. It stands out among Russian permanent-type gas compressor units by high coefficient of efficiency (36%), low emission level and significant operational life.
At the Pochinki — Yaroslavl section of the Pochinki — Gryazovets gas pipeline LLC «STROYGAZMONTAZH» has built CS 04 Ivanovskaya and is completing construction of CS 03 Vyaznikovskaya.
«STROYGAZMONTAZH» is the general contractor for the construction of the main compressor station (MCS) Sakhalin for the Sakhalin — Khabarovsk — Vladivostok trunk gas pipeline as well as for construction of two bases of linear production administration in Komsomolsk-on-Amur and in Khabarovsk.
In 2012, LLC «SGM» begins construction of world’s most powerful compressor station Russkaya (I phase), as well as compressor station Korenovskaya (I phase), designed to ensure the gas supply to the South Stream gas pipeline.
CS Russkaya is located in the Krasnodar region near the city of Anapa. The compressor section of Russkaya will be equipped with seven GCU «Ladoga», 32 MW each. In the future, the second compressor section will be built at CS Russkaya, which will increase the capacity of the compressor station two-fold. Thus, its total capacity will reach 448 MW. While the compressor station Korenovskaya will be equipped with five GCU, 25 MW each. Time of completion is Quarter II, 2016.
At the same time in 2012–2013, the SGM Group of Companies continues to build the following compressor stations: Baydaratskaya and Inta at Bovanenkovo — Ukhta gas pipeline, Novonyuksenitskaya, Novoprivodinskaya, Novosindorskaya and Novoyubileynaya at the Ukhta — Torzhok gas pipeline MCS Sakhalin at the Sakhalin — Khabarovsk — Vladivostok gas pipeline.
